The SMS API module offers an event-driven framework for sending SMS messages. However, the SMS module itself cannot send SMS messages independently; it requires the integration or implementation of a complementary audience.

Within the SMS Module, there are four distinct methods available:

  • Sending a single message to a specific recipient.
  • Sending a single message to a list of recipients.
  • Scheduling the delivery of a single message to a specific recipient at a designated time.
  • These methods provide the flexibility and functionality needed to efficiently manage SMS communication within your system.

CHITCARE: Collection Terminal



The Chit Care Collection Terminal is purpose-built for streamlining Chitcare collection activities. Unlike other terminals equipped with thermal printing, this terminal features a dot-matrix printer, making collections a more straightforward process. It facilitates the seamless transfer of outstanding lists from Chitcare to the respective executives by connecting it to a computer.

To access the menu, a password is required for login. By selecting "Enter Receipt," you can input the necessary group and ticket numbers, which will display the outstanding amounts. You can then choose the receipt mode, whether it's cash or cheque, and enter the amount. Once saved, the receipt is printed instantly.

At the end of the day, the collection terminal can be reconnected to the Chitcare computer to transfer the receipts effortlessly. This approach not only saves time but also eliminates the need for manual data entry at the office. As a result, data accuracy is enhanced, and the collection process becomes much more efficient for your field executives.
